Leapmotor B03X beats BYD Atto 2 as Australia's cheapest electric SUV
The Leapmotor B03X launches in Australia from $26,990, undercutting the BYD Atto 2 as the cheapest electric SUV available.
The Leapmotor B03X will be Australia's cheapest electric SUV when it arrives in showrooms from November, priced from $26,990 before on-road costs. At $26,990, it undercuts the BYD Atto 2 Dynamic at $31,990.
The base Style model features a 39.8kWh battery delivering 292km of range and a 130kW electric motor with 0-100km/h acceleration of 8.6 seconds. The higher Design Long Range version offers a 53kWh battery with 382km of range for $30,990 before on-road costs.
Both models feature vehicle-to-load (V2L) technology, allowing you to power small appliances from the car. The vehicle comes with a six-year warranty covering 150,000km and an eight-year battery warranty covering 160,000km.
Leapmotor also offers eight years of roadside assistance and capped-price servicing every 12 months or 20,000km.
